Amazon often does A/B testing to see how people react to changes on their website. One of the latest was for Amazon Day replacing the add-on $25+ purchase policy. This test passed and is now available for ALL Amazon Prime Members. My account was a lucky tester for the last 4 months and I loved it.
What is an Amazon Day you ask? It’s a FREE shipping day for add-on items. That means when you go to checkout with an item labeled add-on, it won’t require $25 in your cart to ship as it normally would. Your add-on item will ship on your Amazon Day. I was prompted to pick a day (M-F) when I placed my order to set it. You can also change your day whenever you want. I picked Thursday, so any add-on items that I order for the week will all ship to me on Thursdays (no matter if it is 1 or 10 items).
