If you need a good chex mix recipe, I’ve listed mine below. It makes a lot and can be halved if you want a smaller batch. It is SO GOOD….
Chex Mix Recipe:
- 2lb mixed salted nuts
- 12oz. Corn Chex
- 12oz. Rice Chex
- 12oz. Wheat Chex
- Large Box of Cheerios
- Large Bag of Pretzel Sticks
The above ingredients are very flexible.
- 2 Cups Canola Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Worcheshire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Seasoned Salt
Mix oil, worcheshire sauce and salts. Pour over other ingredients in a large roasting pan. Mix. Bake 2 hours at 250°. Stir gently every 1/2 hour.
