‘Tis the season to take your Sambucus! Sambucus is a black elderberry extract that helps fight off colds and viruses. In addition to being amazing at warding off illness, they also taste great. We have used the kid’s syrup, lozenges and gummies; all of which can be taken by kids. Right now my 18month old takes the gummies and my 3 year, husband and I like the lozenges.
