We live where it snows only a handful of times per year so when it does we get excited! When there’s snow, there’s lots of snow cream makin’! It’s quick, easy and lots of fun. Here’s how…
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup milk (you can use any kind of milk)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 cups clean snow
Mix all non-snow ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until combined. Add snow one cup at a time until you reach a nice consistency (approx. 8 cups). It melts really quickly, so dish it up right away. We always top it off with a few sprinkles!
